Welcome to jeetwing. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form the legal agreement governing the use of the jeetwing platform and all its services. By registering on our platform or using our services in any way, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms.

1. Eligibility and Registration

1.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to open an account on the jeetwing platform and participate in any gaming activity. We may request documentary proof to verify your age at any time.

1.2 Single Account

Each individual may open only one jeetwing account. Creating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or bank account is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be suspended and associated funds may be forfeited.

1.3 Registration Information

You must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration. jeetwing reserves the right to immediately close an account if false information is provided. The information required for registration includes:

1.4 Service Area

2. Account Management

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Policy

The payment methods currently accepted at jeetwing are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100 (one hundred taka).

• Deposited funds are generally added to the account instantly.
• A confirmation message will be sent once each deposit transaction is complete.
• Deposits made in a third party's name or from a third party's account are not accepted.
• In the case of fraudulent transactions, the associated account will be suspended.

3.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal requests generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process. The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Withdrawals must be made using the same method that was used for the deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Large withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily held in the event of technical errors or suspicious activity.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on jeetwing are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). There is currently no currency conversion facility.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at jeetwing will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳1,200, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. For deposits of ৳4,167 or more, the bonus is capped at ৳5,000 (example: a deposit of ৳10,000 receives a bonus of ৳5,000, giving a total of ৳15,000).

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The bonus amount must be wagered 20 times (wagering requirement 20x) before the welcome bonus can be withdrawn. Example: for a ৳1,200 bonus, a total of ৳24,000 must be wagered.

• A specific time limit applies for meeting the wagering requirements.
• The wagering contribution may vary for different games.
• Claiming multiple bonus offers at the same time may not be possible.
• Bonuses can only be used once and are not transferable.

4.3 Cashback and VIP Benefits

Weekly cashback is available through jeetwing's five-tier VIP program: from the Bronze tier to the Diamond tier, weekly cashback ranging from 0.3% to 1.5% is available respectively. jeetwing reserves the right to change the criteria for VIP tier advancement.

4.4 Bonus Abuse

Abusing the bonus system, such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or attempting to fulfil bonus requirements through coordinated betting, is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account may be closed.

5. Gaming Rules

5.1 Game Results

All games on jeetwing use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair and random results. No game outcome is predetermined and no manual intervention is made in the results.

5.2 Sports Betting

The following policies apply to betting on cricket, football, and other sporting events:

• Once a bet is accepted, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a match is postponed or cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
• If there is an error in a quotation or odds, jeetwing reserves the right to void that bet.
• Winnings will be added to the account only after the result has been confirmed.
